Cavity Wall Insulation

Insulation for new-build masonry cavity walls, in both full-fill and partial-fill options.

Full fill products fill the whole cavity. Choose glass mineral wool cavity batts and slabs (75–150mm) for an economical, non-combustible option, or full-fill PIR and phenolic boards (90–140mm) for better thermal performance in a narrower cavity. Partial fill boards (40–100mm) are fixed against the inner leaf with retaining clips, leaving a clear cavity behind the outer leaf.

The range includes Kingspan, Recticel, Mannok, Knauf Insulation and URSA. Check your wall specification and local exposure rating before choosing full or partial fill.
