Shipping policy

Delivery Area

We deliver to addresses in England and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.

Delivery is free on orders of £500 ex VAT and over.

For orders below £500 ex VAT we charge a flat delivery fee of £50 ex VAT.

Our minimum order value is £400 ex VAT.

Order Processing

Orders placed outside our office hours (Monday to Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–12pm) are processed the next working day.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. We do not offer next-day delivery.

If you need your order by a particular date, please call us on 03330 908479 or email sales@insulationwarehousedirect.co.uk to confirm a delivery date.

General Delivery Information

All deliveries will be left in a safe spot for you.

Please note that for failed deliveries we reserve the right to charge up to 35% of the order value (see our Refund Policy).
