Insulation and Plasterboard Price Increases January 2027: Celotex, Kingspan, British Gypsum and Access Panels
Several of the big manufacturers have announced price rises for the new year. Celotex, British Gypsum and Kingspan PIR go up from January 2027, and Rapid Access and FlipFix access panels follow later in the month. If you have a job planned for early 2027, ordering before the rises take effect can keep your materials at today's trade prices.

- Knauf drylining: +4.5% on plasterboard, flooring and bonding and +3.5% on jointing and finishing from 1 January 2027 (per Go Interiors, SIG and Encon), and +5% on cove and cove adhesive (per Encon).
- Siniat: +4.8% on boards and accessories from 1 January 2027 (per Go Interiors, SIG and Encon).
- SuperFOIL: 0% to 23% depending on the range from 1 January 2027 (per Encon).
- Recticel PIR: +8% (per Encon, from 4 January 2027).
- Knauf Insulation mineral wool: +6.5% to +7.2% from 1 February 2027 (per Go Interiors, SIG and Encon).
- Rockwool: +3.2% on Rockwool products from 1 February 2027 (per CCF).
- Jablite (BEWI) EPS: +9.2% on all BEWI Insulation products from 1 December 2026 (per SIG).

Christmas ordering and delivery dates
- The cut-off for delivery orders before Christmas is around 17–18 December.
- Our last deliveries before Christmas go out on 22 December.
- Online ordering stays open throughout the Christmas period.
If you want materials on site before the break and at current prices, order before the cut-off. You can still order online after it, and any order placed before 1 January 2027 is charged at current prices.
