Strength-graded C24 softwood in a 4.8m length, kiln dried and regularised for consistent dimensions, then high-pressure treated (Tanalith E or similar) for long-term durability. 47 x 100mm (4" x 2") is the go-to size for stud walls, floor and flat-roof joists, rafters, noggins and general structural framing.

Insulation, plasterboard and drylining: free delivery, minimum order £400 ex VAT.

Timber, aggregates and cement: minimum order £250 ex VAT, £25 ex VAT delivery, free on orders over £500 ex VAT.

Suspended ceilings only (grid, tiles and wire): minimum order £150 ex VAT, £35 ex VAT delivery under £350 ex VAT, free from £350 ex VAT.

We deliver to England and Wales only (not Scotland or Northern Ireland). Delivery timing depends on stock and location; contact us before ordering if your project has a deadline.

Deliveries arrive on a Moffett lorry (truck-mounted forklift) and are offloaded at your site. Someone must be present to receive the delivery, and we need a contact phone number for the driver.
