MOT Type 1 crushed sub-base supplied in a large single bulk bag, delivered for bigger projects. Ideal for compacted sub-bases under driveways, patios, paths, shed bases and slabs.

  • Minimum packed weight approx. 800kg (+/- 5%; can be up to 850kg depending on moisture)
  • Coverage: approx. 4.5–5m² at 100mm (patios), 3m² at 150mm (driveways)
  • Locally quarried natural material – colour varies by region
  • Construction grade, not decorative

Delivery

Insulation, plasterboard and drylining: free delivery, minimum order £400 ex VAT.

Timber, aggregates and cement: minimum order £250 ex VAT, £25 ex VAT delivery, free on orders over £500 ex VAT.

Suspended ceilings only (grid, tiles and wire): minimum order £150 ex VAT, £35 ex VAT delivery under £350 ex VAT, free from £350 ex VAT.

We deliver to England and Wales only (not Scotland or Northern Ireland). Delivery timing depends on stock and location; contact us before ordering if your project has a deadline.

Deliveries arrive on a Moffett lorry (truck-mounted forklift) and are offloaded at your site. Someone must be present to receive the delivery, and we need a contact phone number for the driver.
