Plasterboard
We stock British Gypsum, Siniat and our own unbranded boards in standard, acoustic, fire and moisture resistant versions. Prices per 2400 × 1200 × 12.5mm sheet, ex VAT, at the time of writing:

Metal stud partitions and MF ceilings
For partitions we stock metal studs and track including British Gypsum Gypframe and Alpha profiles. For plasterboard ceilings there's the full MF ceiling system (MF5, MF6, MF7 and fixings). Fixings and finishing
Complete the job in the same order. We stock drywall screws and fixings such as Gyproc drywall screws (£5.63 for a box of 1,000 25mm screws), beads, tapes and fillers including thin coat angle bead and scrim tape (£2.66 a roll), and Thistle MultiFinish at £8.54 a bag for skimming. Suspended ceilings for offices, schools and shops
Commercial refurbishments across the Midlands often need a new grid ceiling. We stock tiles from Rockfon, OWA, Knauf AMF and TVS, and 24mm grid from Rockfon, OWA and USG Donn. A popular all-round tile is OWA Sandila/N square edge at £51.80 a box of 12 (4.32m²). For high sound absorption, Rockfon Artic+ is rated Class A by Rockfon. Insulation for the rest of the build
- Partitions: acoustic mineral wool such as URSA ACOUSTIC ROLL 50mm (£39.48 per 14.4m² roll). See stone wool vs glass wool.

- Solid walls: insulated plasterboard.
Delivery to Birmingham and Midlands sites
Materials arrive on a lorry with a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett) and are offloaded at your site. We'll call you to arrange a delivery day. Someone needs to be there to receive it, and we need a phone number for the driver. On busy commercial sites, let us know about loading bays, delivery booking systems or time windows when you order. Can I mix plasterboard, insulation and ceilings in one order?
Yes. Insulation, plasterboard and drylining together need a £400 ex VAT minimum and are delivered free. Celotex (Sopratherm) is delivered separately: £250 ex VAT minimum, £40 ex VAT delivery under £550 ex VAT, free from £550 ex VAT. Suspended ceiling items have their own £350 ex VAT minimum, as set out in our delivery information.
